The Brown family owns the ranch and vacation house. They built the house for Mrs. Brown's mother, but she never moved into the house before she passed away. One of their sons, Joel, and one of their daughters, Anna, manage the rentals and the house. Another son, Lem, manages the cattle and sheep ranch. All three of them guide horseback rides. They live a few hundred feet from the guest house (you can't see the owner's residence from the guest house because of the trees between them, except in the winter). They are sensitive to your privacy, but are nearby to provide any assistance.
